Here, to design is to create experiences of dwelling. And dwelling, in this sense, is more than occupying a space: it is building a bond with it. A project begins before the first line is drawn. It begins in the attention given to the light that crosses the window, to the silence between objects, to everyday gestures—sitting at the table, resting one’s feet, keeping what matters. Every line we draw is preceded by listening, intention, and presence.
Erriá is born from attentive listening. From those who inhabit the space, from the rhythm of dwelling, from its silences, its time, and from everything that reveals itself in the margins of daily life. Our work spans different scales, yet always begins with the same inquiry: how can space become a place of permanence?
Our aim is a sensitive form of creation, one that moves between scales with equal attention. From the urban to the intimate detail, we seek coherence, continuity, and care.
We believe space can transform and be transformed when there is intention in the gesture and silence in what is unnecessary.
We create for those who value the time of well-done things. For those who wish to inhabit with more presence, more lightness, and more meaning. From the first stroke to the most subtle stages of finishing, we participate with attention and coherence.
Our process is continuous, made of listening, refinement, and presence. We design to last, and we remain with the project.
