The project starts from a free slab with a central hydraulic axis (bathrooms), which allowed for greater flexibility in the organisation of the spaces. The definition of uses — to host, to socialise, and to retreat — guided the zoning of the areas.

The reception serves as a link between the meeting rooms and the shared coworking area. The lounge was conceived to encourage dynamic interaction among the users of the shared space.

The central bookshelf is a key element in the project: it divides and at the same time connects the environments. Its openings and solids filter light, house objects, and balance function and aesthetics in the composition of the furniture.
