The Clodomiro Residence project is organized around welcoming rituals, in which the spatiality is defined by narrative relationships between form, function, and everyday life.

The apartment receives new visual axes that structure use and connect different moments of daily life. Right at the entrance, the resident is welcomed by a living room framed by two views and metal shelves, which house support infrastructure, decorative objects, and works of art. This intervention promotes fluidity and an expanded understanding of the common areas, without compromising the organization of the space.

The zoning proposes a division and connection with the kitchen and guides access to the other areas of the apartment. In the private wing, in addition to the bedrooms, the project includes spaces for work, leisure, and sports practice — integrating all the resident's needs into a unified proposal.
