As the creative direction is defined, erriá begins to create spatial solutions that respond to the questions raised previously: everyday occasions are delimited with intention in axes and flows that optimise the space.

Proportions take shape in environments designed to house objects, needs, moments of rest or work.

Transitions are defined: from the height of the seat to the distance between the armchairs, furniture, objects, solids and voids are arranged to ensure the coexistence of the different moments of living.

In this stage, we transform ideas into drawings and drawings into volumes, making project decisions tangible and leading it from abstraction to materiality. We translate the project into a sensory experience: beyond the drawing, we bring physical samples and image representations as indispensable tools for validating solutions with the client.

erriá does not impose a specific aesthetic: we guide and balance the various disciplines of space in an architecture that responds to its limitations and the possibilities of the project. From this plan, we define new layers of meaning: texture, colour, light and shadow. It is in this materiality that the repertoire defined in the first meeting takes shape as a space constructed with intention.

At the same time, the specification of furniture emerges to bind the client's existing collection to new acquisitions which, together, will allow the space to be inhabited as planned. We create, therefore, a collection of memories:
those that were built with time and those that are yet to be lived there.

Executive Project:
from project to construction

As in an orchestra, we tune different disciplines to the premise of the site, uniting intention and possibility in a precise symphony that responds to the different moments of those who occupy the space. Thus, we conduct the hiring of complementary teams to ensure compatibility between the different fronts of the work.

We then deepen the definitions into detailed technical projects covering the various specialities of the construction work, coordinating all disciplines under the same guidelines, clearly communicating all the nuances of the project's execution and serving as a technical guide for the teams involved.

This is where we define the details and
design its feasibility.

Faced with an architecture that becomes clearly understood on a technical scale, increasingly palpable nuances emerge that allow for the refinement of choices and the consolidation of solutions.

That is why erriá accompanies the process from the project stage to the construction site: here, we aim for fidelity between what was planned and what is going to be built.

Thus, we govern the integration between suppliers and all complementary project systems to ensure that functional requirements do not override
spatial quality, avoiding improvisation
and ensuring fidelity to the original premise.

Finally, the decoration comes to light in its smallest details:
fabrics, arrangements, specific acquisitions that bring presence to the space.

Thus, from the beginning to the end of the project, we work in layers:
the most distant one, of the dimension of the space;
the more human one, of the proportion of the furniture;
and now the closest one, of that which transforms space into inhabited.

We finalise here joinery, metalwork, stonework, and custom pieces down to their smallest scale, in addition to managing the placement of furniture, objects, fabrics, art, and lighting.

We supervise everything from assembly to final integration, ensuring that all elements
coexist harmoniously.
