The Mesa Encaixe arises from a structural decision made. Instead of hiding the joints, the design highlights the meeting between the pieces that support the whole. The semicircular cut on the top reveals the joints and emphasises the care taken with the fitting, making the constructive logic a central part of the form and functionality of the furniture.
The Insert Table arises from a structural decision made.
The meeting of the pieces is neither hidden nor softened: it is exposed as an essential part of the design.
Two vertical planes cut through the tabletop and take on the weight directly. The point of contact is precise, almost surgical. There is a clear density in the way the table occupies the space.
The central support concentrates strength and frees the perimeter.
The piece does not depend on ornaments or additions to assert itself.
Its presence derives from the constructive logic that organizes it. Each element exists because it supports the other. The structure is not behind the form; it is the form.
In space, the table establishes a stable axis. It gathers, anchors, and organises permanence with sobriety. The fitting, visible and precise, is what maintains the coherence of the whole.
