In a mixed-use village in the central region of São Paulo, an old terraced house has been adapted to accommodate a commercial space.

The ground floor rooms have been enlarged to fit collective work areas, while the former bedrooms have been transformed into meeting rooms. The wet areas have undergone specific adjustments to meet the new office demands.

At the back, new landscaping has created a space for relaxation and decompression, providing a breath of fresh air to the work routine.

The rustic features of the original construction have been preserved, allowing for the visible integration of electrical infrastructure and lighting, in a manner that aligns with the project design.

The interventions were specific, precise, and guided by the functionality of the new use of the rented ensemble.
