Project developed for the company Living Divani, in partnership with the University Poli.Design by the Politecnico di Milano

Developed in response to the Living Divani brand's briefing — “to design a hybrid and transformable piece of furniture for small spaces” — the Aiciú chair proposes a compact solution for indoor and outdoor environments. The piece adapts its function according to the context in which it is inserted, with a steel structure and versions in foam leather (for indoor use) and in aluminium sheet (for outdoor use), maintaining the clean and timeless aesthetic of the brand's portfolio.

The Aiciú is born from the observation of users' routines and their emotional perception of space. The chair proposes a place that welcomes, stores, and organises the belongings that accompany us in our daily lives. With a functional seat and geometric, fluid design, it draws inspiration from the identity of Living Divani to propose a simple, versatile, and essential object — that helps to keep close those things that truly matter.
