Between tones and textures, a new interpretation of the essential.
The interior design project took as its starting point the aesthetic already established upon delivery of the flat: wooden flooring, cement-like texture and ceramic brick walls define the neutral and understated base of the spaces.
The proposal consisted of composing a new interpretation over this base, balancing cool and warm tones in the choice of fabrics, furniture and bespoke joinery elements.
The layout was designed according to the client’s routine, who values moments of hosting, as well as integrating the interior with the external view provided by the property.

The design is straightforward, without excess. Continuous lines define the form with precision, while geometry organises the relationships between support, seat and surface.
There is a constructive clarity that seeks permanence.

Its name carries the same logic that guides the project.
Aiciú derives from the letters “I C U”, forms that structure the design and which, in English, mean “I see you”.
The expression introduces a subtle relational dimension: perceiving the other, recognising the surroundings, and establishing a connection between body, object and space.

This symbolic layer adds to everyday use.
The chair not only responds to a functional need, but also conveys a way of being, attentive to what is carried, what is rested upon, and what remains close by.
Aiciú is thus shaped as an essential and open object. A design that adapts without losing consistency, and that finds its complete form at the moment it is inhabited.

The chair not only responds to a functional need, but also expresses a way of being, attentive to what is carried, to what is rested upon, to what remains close at hand.
A Aiciú is therefore conceived as an essential and open object. A design that adapts without losing consistency, and that finds its complete form when inhabited.
